We all know what it's like juggling our busy day to day lives alongside wanting to spend more quality
time with our children. We get bogged down with our own distractions whilst the children want to play
and be heard. Before you know it, they are in bed, you are exhausted and a feeling of guilt overwhelms you.
Does that sound familiar? Believe me I have been there! 'My Picture Diary Playground' provides the perfect
setting for spending more time with the kids and a better picture
of what your child's day was like. The benefits are endless, ( Please go to 'for best results' to see benefits)

Children often find it easier to express emotions through drawing, which you can easier identify and
is fun for children too!

For example simply ask them to draw what they remember of their day. When they draw a picture without
thinking too much about it, their emotion will be reflected in the drawing instinctively.

You will be creating a safe space for you and your child to talk about what matters to them and express it
through art. They do not have to be a Michael Angelo!

Heres a bit about me..
I am a single mum. I have worked for over 3 decades in mental health and have worked among therapists and
doctors in occupational therapy for adolescents. I am not a therapist but I know how it feels as a child to feel insignificant
and unheard. The most rewarding part of my job role is leading art and creative sessions to allow children to express
how they feel daily. By combining art journaling into their daily routine it was clear to see the endless benefits of having a
creative outlet. Facing my my trauma as a child, being a single parent and working in mental health gave me insight and
the reason I created:
